LinguaPathway provides online language learning services including but not limited to interactive lessons, virtual reality experiences, AI-powered personalization, live instruction sessions, and cultural immersion programs. Our platform offers courses in multiple languages with various learning methodologies designed to help users achieve fluency and cultural understanding.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and users under 18 require parental consent.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
Our services are available through various subscription plans. Payment is due in advance for each billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaPathway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account by following the cancellation process in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Paris, France, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
